Who can nominate candidates for this award

How is the winner of this award chosen

The Club and Membership Committee will decide the winner of the Outstanding Administrator Award.  All other nominees, if the committee deems them qualified, will receive a SSC Certificate of Merit. The SSC Certificate of Merit, instituted in 1984, has its origin in the Racer Certificate of Merit, established in 1977 by former Racer editor, John Hurdis.
