Highlights
- Won the World Cup Title in the 1500m for the second year in a row in 08-09, and was ranked 2nd in the 1000m and 3rd in the 3000m/5000m
- Three time medallist at the 2009 World Single Distance Championships (gold in Pursuit, bronze in 3000m and 5000m)
- Second overall at the 2009 World Allround Championships
- Won 5 medals at the 2008 World Single Distances Championships – gold in the 3000m, silver in the 1000m and pursuit, bronze in the 1500m and 5000m
- Speed Skating Canada Female Athlete of the Year – Long Track in 2008 and 2009
- Double bronze medallist in the 1500m and 5000m and gold medallist in the Team Pursuit at the 2007 World Single Distances Championships
- Olympic silver medallist in 1500m & team pursuit in 2006
- Finished third overall at the 2006 World All-Round Championships; 2nd in the 500m, 3rd in the 1500m and 3000m
- Bronze medallist in the 3000m and silver medallist in team pursuit at the 2005 World Single Distances Championships
- Earned her first career individual World Cup medal – gold in the 3,000m in Hamar, Norway (Nov./04)
