Certification

Certification requirements for Competitors Stewards (Levels 3, ISU International  and ISU)* are as follows:

 

a) Certification as a Level 3 shall require attendance at a competitors Steward clinic, certification as level 3 Meet Coordinator or Recorder, assistant to the Competitors Steward at four(4) or more National Competitions, satisfactory documented evaluations from ISU International and/or ISU Competitors Steward at 2 or more Canadian National competitions that use seeding and performance points to make up races.

 

b) Certification as a Level ISU International shall require attending an ISU Regional clinic, chief Competitors Steward at 4 or more SSC sanctioned meets(national/international level) and two(2) documented satisfactory evaluations from ISU International and/or ISU Competitors Steward

 

c) Certification as a Level ISU shall require to instruct a national Competitors Steward clinic, assistant to the Competitors Steward at one(1) or more ISU International Competitions and recommendation from SSC to ISU for inclusion on ISU list

 

* Please note: In Canada we do not have Levels 1 & 2 Competitor Stewards. Their position is for ISU level competitions only.
