SSC Championship

Age Category Reclassification

Branches can apply for an age category reclassification for a skater by using this form:


 

Post-Competition Reporting 

The following forms must be completed and electronically submitted to the National Office within thirty (30) days after the end of the competition.


 

Submission Instructions:

  1. Download the form to your computer
  2. Open the form with Adobe Reader (v.9 or higher)
  3. Complete the form
  4. Save the form to your hard drive
  5. Press the 'Submit' button on the form
  6. If you use a desktop mail client (i.e. MS Outlook), the form will send automatically.
  7. If you use a browser mail client (i.e. Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo!), compose a new email to dcurrie@speedskating.ca and attach the completed form as an attachment.
  8. Wait for a reply e-mail confirming that your submission has been received by SSC. (If you do not receive a confirmation from SSC, your submission has not been received. Please contact Dawn Currie at dcurrie@speedskating.ca if your form has submission problems.)

The National Office will review the application and evaluate your organizing committee's bid. If successful, the National Office will contact you and send the Meet Coordinator a sanction certificate via electronic mail.
